SUMMARY:MFF Internship Program Celebration & Networking
DESCRIPTION:Michigan’s tech startup and venture capital ecosystems continue to grow at a rapid pace but the talent within this community is disproportionate to the diversity found across the state. In order to help strengthen our local\, diverse talent pipelines\, Michigan Founders Fund launched a DEI-focused internship program for college students underrepresented in the tech industry\, the MFF Internship Program. Now in its second year\, 16 diverse students are working at 11 tech companies across the state through the summer. Learn more about this year’s cohort here. \nCelebrate and meet the interns\, participating companies\, program mentors\, collaborators\, and ecosystem leaders at a networking event designed to facilitate relationship-building. We’re also collaborating with Michigan Venture Captial Association’s Internship Program interns and VC workplaces for the event. \nExpect food\, drinks (alcoholic and non)\, an opportunity to connect with interns\, and great conversation! \nRSVP Here\n
