This internship initiative connects ambitious individuals with high-growth startups across our network\, providing hands-on experience and mentorship that cultivates the next generation of entrepreneurs. Together\, we’re building a more inclusive future for Michigan’s startup community. \nMFF member companies have the opportunity to select from a curated list of high-potential students on the MFF Emerging Talent Internship Program (ETIP) Talent Roster. MFF will help subsidize these students’ time over the summer for part-time\, full-time\, and project-based employment. \nMember companies must submit the intent-to-hire form by this date to access the roster.
