The Emerging Talent Internship Program places driven, underrepresented students into paid summer internships at Michigan startups ready to scale. Folio does initial assessments, interviews, and matching. Your team conducts final interviews and makes a hire. Use Folio to complete a single application to access subsidies from 1000+ schools & governments and they can even support with managing onboarding, payroll and taxes.

- Post your internship role(s)
- Folio makes introductions between you and students matched by skill and interest
May
- Select your intern → finalize offer in Folio
- Interns start; hours tracked in Folio, invoiced bi-weekly via Stripe
August
- Program wraps — celebrate your intern’s growth
