Our Emerging Talent Program opens doors for underrepresented college-aged students looking to engage with Michigan’s dynamic startup scene. This internship initiative connects ambitious individuals with high-growth startups across our network, providing hands-on experience and mentorship that cultivates the next generation of entrepreneurs. Together, we’re building a more inclusive future for Michigan’s startup community.

MFF member companies have the opportunity to select from a curated list of high-potential students on the MFF Emerging Talent Internship Program (ETIP) Talent Roster. MFF will help subsidize these students’ time over the summer for part-time, full-time, and project-based employment.

Member companies must submit the intent-to-hire form by this date to access the roster. Members can access details in the weekly member-only newsletter.
